Roger Griffiths to speak at Criminal Law Review Conference

9 Park Place's Roger Griffiths is to be one of the speakers at the Confederation of South Wales Law Societies Criminal Law Review Conference, which this year is to take place on 25^th September 2014 in the Chairman’s Suite, Cardiff City Stadium, Leckwith.  Roger’s talk will focus on the latest updates in relation to the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA), following recent Supreme Court decisions in that area.
