The revised Public Law Outline is coming – Are You Ready?

On 1^st July the revised Public Law Outline (PLO) will come into effect bringing about fundamental change to the way in which the courts deal with care cases. For solicitors in private practice we are providing CPD accredited training on the implementation date itself, 1^st July, from 5pm – 7pm at 9 Park Place.  which will cover:

• The purpose of the Pilot
• The revised interim PLO document and the revised court procedure
• The change in the contents of some court documents

Additional training sessions have also been arranged in advance of the 1^st July for local authorities including Bridgend,Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan, whilst a multi-authority event has been scheduled with Newport City Council, involving delegates from Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire and Rhondda Cynon Taff amongst others.
