New Recorder Appointment

We are delighted to announce that Richard Kember of 9 Park Place Chambers has been appointed to sit as a Recorder by the Judicial Office, effective from 16th September 2019.
Head of Chambers, Paul Hopkins Q.C., has welcomed the announcement: "We are thrilled with the news of this well-deserved appointment for Richard, which reflects the breadth of skill and experience of which we at 9 Park Place Chambers can be rightly proud."
