District Judge appointments

We offer our congratulations to both Sian Parry and Andrew Barcello on their appointments as full ltime District Judges.  Sian Parry will be sitting at Cardiff.  Andrew Barcello will be sitting at Pontypridd.  We wish them all the very best in their new roles.
