Richard Kember, Gareth Thomas, Gwydion Hughes, Michael Hammett and Christian Jowett are amongst the speakers at the LAW2012 conference in Cardiff today organised by the Solicitors Group. Richard is a speaker on the Employment Law Conference, his topic being “Discipline, Grievances and Dismissal” and Gareth and Gwydion are speakers on the Commercial Litigation Conference, Gareth’s topic being “The Interpretation of Commercial Contracts” and Gwydion’s is “The Court’s approach to construing the contract.”
Michael Hammett is delivering a seminar on The Proceeds of Crime Act on the Criminal Law Conference and Christian Jowett’s seminar is on “TOLATA – the latest issues” which is on the Family Law conference.
