CPS Prosecutors

Ten members of the criminal team at 9 Park Place Chambers have recently been approved as Grade 4 Prosecutors for conducting Crown Prosecution Service work following a national re-grading exercise. Grade 4 is the highest level and is reserved for barristers able to prosecute the most serious of offences.

Michael Lieberman, Senior Clerk at 9 Park Place, said: “It is heartening to see that the excellence of our criminal group has been recognised by these appointments. With three silks and ten Grade 4 Prosecutors we can continue to provide barristers who can prosecute cases at all levels of seriousness.”
