Having regularly appeared in the Employment Tribunal both locally and in the West Midlands since commencing tenancy with Chambers in September 2009, Carys has experience in all aspects of employment work; in particular unfair and wrongful dismissal, sex and disability discrimination, and redundancy.

Carys has conducted fully contested hearings as well as case management discussions and pre-hearing reviews dealing with various preliminary matters including applications for strike out, deposit orders and issues surrounding time limits.
